What should I do to deal with System Error Code 1722?

I recently got stuck with System Error Code 1722 due to the damaged Windows component .NETFramework. I tried several troubleshooting solutions listed on the support page to get rid of the error but nothing helped me to resolve the problem. Infact, I discovered simple hacks to get rid of the error but nothing helped. I made several efforts contacting with the It experts but none of them answered my calls.
